Terminology

The Statistics window and the line commands allow you to manipulate statistics in the following formats:

Statistics data
This is the raw data collected by Blueworx Voice Response and is stored in a DB2 database. For more information, see Statistics data.
Standard reports
Blueworx Voice Response creates a standard set of reports using some of the statistics in the database. For more information, see Standard reports.
Archived report files
You can save each standard report in the format used for archived reports in Blueworx Voice Response for AIX Version 1. For more information, see Archived report files.
Log files
Some statistical data (the call detail records, created by Blueworx Voice Response itself) can be recorded in an ASCII file called $CUR_DIR/oamlog/cdr.log, in addition to being recorded in the database. If the call detail record is insufficient for your logging purposes, your voice applications can create private event logs, using the LogEvent state table action. These logs can contain any data the application needs to log. You can use a mixture of the call detail record and a private event log to record application activity. For more information, see Log files.
Archived log files
Log files can be copied to the $ARC_DIR/oamlog/ directory. The name of the file has .arc appended to it. For more information, see Archived log files.

The Statistics window and the line commands allow you to manipulate reports, logs, archives (both report and log archives), and statistics data.
