Standard reports

Each of the standard reports is a view of the statistical data recorded by Blueworx Voice Response, containing statistics for a single defined period. The reports are not stored in the database; they are created as required. Opening a report is opening a window on the database.

Figure 1. Managing statistics and reports online
This diagram shows that data from a DB2 statistics database can be used to produce standard reports. These reports can be stored in a printable format, viewed on the screen, printed out or stored as an archive file. Standard reports are created automatically when required and then deleted. None of these actions remove the statistics data itself from the DB2 database — this requires a specific delete action. Details of the different standard reports are given in the table that follows the diagram.

The standard reports and the database tables from which they are created are shown in Table 1. For detailed information, see Standard reports and Statistics database table formats.
