There are two kinds of log file: one containing information
about individual telephone calls and the other containing any data the application
needs to log. Both types are described here.
Note: For information about logging information in a Java environment, see Blueworx Voice Response for AIX:
Deploying and Managing VoiceXML and Java Applications.
- Call detail records (created by Blueworx Voice Response itself)
containing information about individual telephone calls.
- Private event logs (created by voice applications
using the LogEvent state table action) containing any data the application
needs to log.
You only need to log information if you have a use for it.
The current log files are stored in $CUR_DIR/oamlog/. When the information is archived,
it is moved to $ARC_DIR/oamlog/.
