Blueworx Voice Response includes tools that allow you to
monitor custom servers. When servers are not running properly or there are not enough terminal
sessions available, system performance can suffer.
Custom servers When a voice application needs a custom server, the server must be started (loaded into memory) before the application can access it. The server can be started automatically every time the system starts, or you can start it manually as necessary. (Starting a custom server describes how to start custom servers.)
