Alarm conditions are processed by the dtalarmd daemon, which must be started before Blueworx Voice Response starts, and does not shut down when Blueworx Voice Response is shut down.
The dtalarmd daemon logs a message about each condition in the Blueworx Voice Response error log ($CUR_DIR/oamlog/errorlog); you can also view messages in the System Monitor window. You can find additional information about each alarm condition and how to resolve the alarm condition by:
