New calls routed to CCXML must be in the ALERTING state to conform to the CCXML specification. It is recommended that all calls passed to the Java and VoiceXML environment are passed in the ALERTING state, but this is only essential if CCXML is being used.
By default, calls are answered by Blueworx Voice Response for AIX before they are passed to the Java and VoiceXML environment. The Incoming_Call state table must be modified to pass calls through without answering them.
