Modifying the Incoming_Call state table

To modify the Incoming_Call state table to receive calls in the alerting state:

  1. If it is not already running, start Blueworx Voice Response for AIX .
  2. From the Welcome window, click Applications —> State Tables to display the State Tables window.
  3. From the list of state table applications displayed, select the Incoming_Call state table and open it for editing. The state table contains one AnswerCall action.
  4. Select the line including the AnswerCall action and click Edit —> Delete to remove it.
  5. Click File —> Validate and Save to update the state table.
  6. Click File —> Close to close the editor window.
