System configuration and management

• Responding to alarms raised on the Blueworx Voice Response system.

Attention: Before starting the Java and VoiceXML environment on Blueworx Voice Response for AIX , ensure that you start the Java and VoiceXML environment before activating the channels.

Attention: Before stopping the Java and VoiceXML environment on Blueworx Voice Response for AIX , ensure that you take the channels out of service before terminating the Blueworx Voice Response Java and VoiceXML Environment. If you do not do this, an Unexpected socket termination message may result if the environment is terminated while a call is in progress.
