about the HostManager

The HostManager is a process that must be running on each host before the Blueworx Voice Response Java and VoiceXML Environments can do anything else, such as starting a node. The dtjshost command is executed automatically when the base Blueworx Voice Response system is started.

To stop the HostManager, enter the following command:

dtjshost -exit

On AIX this command provides no visible feedback, but if you want to check that the command has worked, you can use the dtjqhost command by entering the following:
```
dtjqhost
```
A message similar to the following is displayed if the HostManager has been stopped successfully:
```
... I DTJ3033 Host LocalHost is not available
```
