License Configuration

This section provides a guide to the requirements for setting up licensing for Blueworx Voice Response software and to the administration of the Blueworx Voice Response licensing policy.

Blueworx Voice Response can be configured to run using one of two different licensing models.

Licensing using a license key - Using a standalone license key file installed directly onto the Blueworx Voice Response machine.
Licensing using BRM as a license server Using a centralized Blueworx Resource Manager licensing server.

The standalone license key file is ideally suited for a single (or a few) Blueworx Voice Response machines. The BRM licensing server is suited for a larger infrastructure consisting of multiple Blueworx Voice Response machines.

The licensing model used by BVR is set by default to standalone license key.
