Creating prompts

This section describes how to create prompts.

To create prompts:

• Create a prompt directory; see Creating a prompt directory,
• Put prompts into the directory in one of the following ways:
• Define prompt statements; see Defining prompts.
• Import prompts into Blueworx Voice Response; see Importing prompts.
• Copy an existing prompt using Prompt —> copy. You can also select multiple prompts to copy or copy an entire prompt directory.
