Defining prompts

Put prompts into the prompt directory in one of the following ways:

• Define a default prompt; see below. A default prompt is any prompt in the default language.
• Define a language-specific prompt by modifying the default prompt; see Modifying the default to create a language-specific prompt.
• Define a language-specific prompt from scratch; see Defining a language-specific prompt from scratch.
