Telephony adapter interrupts have drifted together
Telephony adapters rely on interrupting AIX every 20 milliseconds. Interrupts from two adapters must alternate, with the interval between them being long enough so that the interrupt from the first card can be serviced before the interrupt from the second card arrives. Blueworx Voice Response monitors this interval constantly, and has detected that the interval between the interrupts is not enough. This is a serious error caused either by loading problems on the card, or software problems with the Blueworx Voice Response device driver and the adapter embedded software. This error can precede the failure of one or more packs, and can be followed by other seemingly unrelated errors. In such cases, this error might indicate the root cause of the problem.
