A call to CA_Get_Channel_Info() failed. This probably means that one of the parties of the trombone has terminated prematurely and IBM_Trombone_Custom_Server has not received a notification yet.
Re-create the problem and take an AIX system trace (specify the -d command-line parameter for the custom server), before calling Blueworx Support.
