To recover Blueworx Voice Response Version 6.1 database files, type recoverDMS on the command line. When recovery is complete, retry the migration process. If the problem persists, check Table 1 for a description of the Blueworx Voice Response database return codes. If the return code is not listed, contact Blueworx Support.
