The migration process failed to disconnect from the database.

Check the migration log for errors reported for any Blueworx Voice Response data objects earlier in migration. If there are no other errors, start Blueworx Voice Response. Otherwise, see Table 1 for a description of the Blueworx Voice Response database return codes. If the return code is not listed, contact Blueworx Support.
