Failed to connect to DB2
Blueworx Voice Response could not establish a connection with the database. The two most likely causes for this failure are:
If the SQL message number was SQL1032N, start the database manager. To start the database manager, log on to the root userid, then su to dtdb23in, and type the command db2start. For both SQL return codes see Table 1. If the return code is not listed, contact Blueworx Support.
