The data in the database is used to generate a set of standard reports,
but you can also export the data to one of the following formats (as shown
in Figure 1):
- Comma delimited (DEL)
- This format is an ASCII file format (in which the fields are separated
by commas), used by a variety of database manager and file manager programs.
- Work sheet format (WSF)
- This format is used by programs such as Lotus 1-2-3 and Lotus Symphony.
- Integrated exchange format (IXF)
- This format makes it possible to import the file again into the same
or another DB2 database. Definitions of the table, in addition to any existing
indexes, are saved in the IXF file.
You can import the data from many Blueworx Voice Response systems into a single database
to create reports.
