The music available status is queried every few seconds, at the same rate as the channel status. If a tune is not listed, that means it is not currently being played by a music player, and is therefore unavailable for use by a voice application.
If a tune appears on the list, it is eligible for a state table to make it audible to callers, by performing a ControlMusic action.
Playing means that the tune is available for use by a voice application using this pack.
Underrunning means that, since the last query, Blueworx Voice Response has run out of music to play. This can occur for one of the following reasons:
