Traffic report

The Traffic report provides statistics on how channels are being used, including the total number of calls received per channel, call disposition (application disconnect or caller disconnect), and call duration. Statistical data is accumulated and summarized on a per channel basis over the reporting period.

Reported data can help you determine busy hour loads and detect faulty channels (unusually short calls or a high call volume may indicate a faulty channel). You can also use the report to determine whether enough channels are available to handle the caller load.

Line
The channel.
Total Calls
The total number of telephone calls handled on the channel during the reporting period.
Appl Hangups
The number of calls that terminated due to application disconnects. Application hangups can result from conditions such as host timeouts or reaching the end of a script.
Caller Hangups
The number of calls that terminated due to caller disconnects.
Duration
The total duration in seconds of all telephone calls on the channel.
Total
A grand total and overall percentage for each report category.
