Blueworx Voice Response keeps track of information to help you determine how often a custom server is used. Frequency of use is a good guide to whether a server should be loaded into memory every time the system is started. In addition, servers that are executing often are using system resources and may be affecting system performance.
Last use information shows how many seconds have elapsed since a server function was last executed. If this number is low, the server is being used often. If this number is high, the server is not being used very often.
Link information shows the number of links between a server and channel processes. Each link carries a request for services and the response to the request.
When the number of links associated with a server is high and the number of seconds since the last use is low, the server is busy and probably accounts for high resource use. When the number of links associated with a server is low and the number of seconds since the last use is high, the server is not very busy.
