Starting a single voice response node

  1. Start the operating system. This starts the HostManager automatically if you have followed the instructions in About the HostManager.
  2. Start the base Blueworx Voice Response system.
  3. If necessary, start the HostManager: dtjshost
  4. Start VRNode1 on the local host: dtjstart

    This starts any applications in groups named in the Group keywords in the NodeName entry.

  5. Finally, on AIX, enable trunks and channels , using the interfaces on the base Blueworx Voice Response system.
