Custom server function definitions

IBM_Trombone_Custom_Server has five functions, which have to be used in the correct order for a successful trombone operation. (See How tromboning works for details of which custom server calls to use.)

There are some configuration options that you can use to fine tune the operation of the custom server; see Configuring IBM_Trombone_Custom_Server for details.
