Modifying a pack VoIP trunks in Blueworx Voice Response, are automatically configured when the system is first started after installation or migration. The system is automatically configured to have 16 available trunks, each with 30 channels of VoIP. Each trunk is a member of its own already defined channel group. Modifying the VoIP environment using the Pack Configuration menu Modifying the configuration of a VoIP pack starts at the Pack Configuration window, which displays the VoIP setup for each pack.
