Modifying the configuration of a VoIP pack starts at the Pack Configuration window, which displays the VoIP setup for each pack. The packs are numbered 1, 2, 3, and so on. See the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX: Installation information for more information about the way the packs are labeled.
