Pack Configuration

For detailed about information on pack configuration refer to the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX: Configuring the System information.

1. Login to Blueworx Voice Response.
2. From the Blueworx Voice Response Welcome window, select Configuration —> Pack Configuration —> Change.
3. Make the following changes to each of the packs indicated:
   1. Set Trunk Parameters to CCS-SP.
   2. Set Line Signaling to SS7-ISUP. For optimum SS7 performance, put all the channels on each pack in a single group.
   3. Check the Save check-box for each pack that has been modified.
   4. Click File —> Save.
   5. Confirm the save.
   6. Click File —> Close to return to the Welcome window.
