The status of a 3270 terminal session indicates how the session
is being used by the server assigned to use it, as follows:
- Initializing
- The server is initializing.
- Ready
- The server is ready to respond to requests for information.
- Allocated
- The server is currently active and is executing a script (for
more information on scripts, see the 3270 Servers information).
- Quiescing
- The server is currently supporting a call, but when the call completes, Blueworx Voice Response will
remove the session from service (disable it).
- Disabled
- The session is not in service. It is not available for use.
- Undefined
- The session has been configured but is not yet enabled. This is
the initial status for all sessions. Unless you disable a session,
you do not have to enable it. Blueworx Voice Response does
so automatically, even when you first configure the session.
- Down
- The database host is not available for some reason. For example,
the physical connection may have failed.
- Emulating
- The session is being used by the screen capture program.
