Alternatively, if the AIX 6.1 Expansion Pack CD that you received with AIX 6.1 is available, and the version of Java 6 on there is 6.0.0.75 or less, you can install it from the CD, and then apply fixes (downloaded as described previously) to bring it to 6.0.0.175.
