To gain access to a specific item of Blueworx Voice Response data by name, use the variable name:
iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.ibm.ibmProd.directTalk6000.xxx
where xxx is the name of the specific variable in which you are interested.
To find all the possible values of xxx, use vi (or another text editor) to inspect the file $SYSPARM_DIR/dtsnmpd.my, which contains the names and descriptions of all data items currently available from Blueworx Voice Response.
In general, the information returned for each variable is gathered at the instant the variable is requested: so requests for two variables, or two requests for the same variable, represent the information at two different instants. Exceptions to this are noted in MIB content.
