Using SNMP traps to monitor Blueworx Voice Response alarms

When the Blueworx Voice Response SNMP facility has been installed, SNMP traps are sent to the network management application when Blueworx Voice Response alarms have occurred. You can configure for:

• Simple traps: one trap is received for every Blueworx Voice Response alertable alarm (see Alertable alarms)
• Summary traps: one trap is received after a defined number of alertable alarms have occurred, or after a defined period of time has elapsed

You can also use SNMP to get details of recent traps that have occurred.
