Blueworx Voice Response includes an automatic restart feature. If you are using Blueworx Voice Response and something happens that causes AIX to stop running (such as a power failure), AIX automatically restarts Blueworx Voice Response when it restarts. (If you were not using Blueworx Voice Response when AIX stopped, AIX starts again, but does not restart Blueworx Voice Response automatically.)
Always wait several minutes before you try to restart Blueworx Voice Response. Waiting allows all processes to terminate properly. Proper termination is particularly important if Communications Server is running with a large number of logical units.
