System parameters control the operation of many aspects of the Blueworx Voice Response system and of the voice applications that are running on it. Most of the configuration tasks described in this information include the setting of system parameters. However, you have to set only the system parameters whose default values are not suitable for your operation. Default values have been set to support most systems where possible.
The system parameters are divided into several groups, which are listed and described in System parameter groups. The system parameters are listed and explained in System parameters reference. All this information is also available from the Help button in the system parameter windows.
