the signaling protocols that can be used by Blueworx Voice Response and introduces signaling
processes.
Signaling protocols Blueworx Voice Response can use either channel associated signaling (CAS) or common channel signaling (CCS) protocols. Channel associated signaling protocols can be used in combination with exchange data link signaling.
Signaling processes A signaling process manages an external signaling device that controls or monitors telephony channels. The signaling process is responsible for all device-specific signaling and for passing information to Blueworx Voice Response about the state of the telephony channels.
