This section explains how to install and configure the Cisco ICM custom server which is supplied as an installp image. You use the smitty command of the System Management Interface Tool (SMIT) to install it.
When installing the Cisco ICM custom server, refer to the “Installing the Blueworx Voice Response software” procedure in the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX: Installation information.
When you have installed the component, import the custom server and state table. Run the installation verification test to ensure that the installation was successful.
