Some groups of parameters apply to objects of which there might be more than one; for example, channels, channel groups, trunk interfaces, signaling types, call progress tones, reports, and telephone keys. To make it easy to define these objects, you can copy the whole group of parameters for one object, and paste it on to another (see Using system parameter templates).
