When the prompt is played, you hear the audio name for mailbox box4, associated with application profile ID 4085551212.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to define a NAME statement:

1. Selecting the NAME statement: Click Statements —> Name.

   The system displays the Name Definition window.

2. Defining the statement: Type the ID of the application profile (or the name of the variable that contains the ID) that is associated with the required mailbox in the Application Profile field, or click Application Profile to select the application profile ID or variable.
3. Type the ID of the mailbox (or the name of the variable that contains the ID) that contains the audio name you want played in the Mailbox ID field, or click Mailbox ID to display the Term Definition window to select the mailbox ID or variable.
4. Click OK.

   The NAME statement is added to the prompt.
