Juke_Box custom server

This section lists errors that can be issued by the Juke_Box custom server. Errors are enrolled as standard custom server errors in the range 20500 to 20504.

With any of these errors, if you have followed the suggestions in the User Response, restarted the Juke_Box custom server, restarted Blueworx Voice Response, and you are unable to solve the problem, contact Blueworx Support. When you call, have details of any errors, your system setup, and details of the conditions that cause the problem.
