The VOIP signalling process could not initialize and has terminated. No outbound or inbound calls can be made or received on your trunks. Detailed information on the cause of the failure is logged.
Initialization fails if the signalling library or the environment services are not responding. Check the error log for related errors from the signalling library or the environment services, or for an internal error in the VOIP signalling process.
