OAM process alert message
A Blueworx Voice Response process has stopped unexpectedly. If a channel process stops it should be restarted automatically, but the call will be lost. Other processes are not restarted and Blueworx Voice Response might no longer operate correctly.
If other errors indicate a system malfunction, stop and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If the problem persists, contact Blueworx Support.
