System parameter information could not be retrieved
The 3270 controller could not determine whether 3270 support should be started on the system. As a result, no 3270 support is enabled.
Check the Blueworx Voice Response system error log to determine the reason for the failure. If the problem persists after a Blueworx Voice Response shutdown and restart, replace the system parameter database with a backup version.
