SMSI warning: switch type set to none

For SMSI to start, the EDL switch type
must be set correctly.

Set the EDL Switch Type parameter in
the Message Information parameters group to AT&T
(using the System Configuration option on the
Configuration menu). You also need to set the Signalling
Process Type parameter for the Channel Group to
SMSI/SMDI/VMS.
