Table received with bad CRC

The state table failed a consistency check when it was last
edited.  It was saved without the consistency check using
the State Generator's SAVE function.  This means the state
table is corrupted or was incorrectly edited with a
non-Blueworx Voice Response utility.  The system notifies CHP, plays a
system error message, and then hangs up.
