The VoiceXML Browse cannot be launched because of a problem setting the default path to a site document: dtjhome/vxml2/site/ (or dtjhome/vxml2/site.dtmfonly/ for a dtmf site document.)
Check that the value of the dtjhome environment variable is set correctly and that default path to the site document is valid for your system.
