File compression failed
An attempt to compress a voice database file (segment or message) failed. When the data in a file becomes fragmented, Blueworx Voice Response automatically tries to reclaim the free space by compressing the file. The most likely reasons for such a failure is a lack of free disk space required to complete the operation, or the file may have been in use when the compression was attempted.
Blueworx Voice Response retries the operation daily until it is successful. If the reason for the failure is lack of disk space, you may want to increase the size of the file system or delete any unnecessary data (for example, error logs, statistics, test applications, or test data).
