Could not set requested channels

The channel process manager could not interpret either or both of: * SV178 System : Call : Permitted channel groups * SV228 System : Call : Permitted channels The set of channels to use for outbound calls has now been set to the default: any channel and both variables have been set to the null string.

Check the passed strings closely for errors and modify the application to pass valid values.
