Error occurred while initializing protocol layers
As the SpeechServer custom server is initialized, it creates a connection management socket bound to the resource controller port extracted from the configuration file. If this port is not set, or is set to zero, the initialization fails.
Check that the RECOCONF environment variable is set to point to the correct configuration file. Check that the port is set to the “well_known” port of the remote voice server’s resource controller, which should be non-zero.
