Signalling interface: signalling process did not respond to alarm
The Blueworx Voice Response signalling interface detected that a signalling process did not respond to an alarm it was sent. A signalling process capable of trunk management must handle the SL_TRUNK_ALARM_REQ primitive, which is sent byBlueworx Voice Response to indicate that an alarm has occurred (or been cleared) on a trunk. This error indicates that the signalling process did not respond by sending the SL_TRUNK_ALARM_CNF primitive with a reply code of SL_REPLY_SUCCESS.
If you are not using common channel signalling or a signalling process, this error should not occur. If you are using common channel signalling or a signalling process, this message indicates a serious error in your signalling process. If you are developing a signalling process, such as a Signalling System Number 7 Telephone User Part (TUP), if your signalling process registers support for trunk management (SL_SIGPROC_CAPABILITY_TRUNK_MGMT) it must support the SL_CALL_ABORT_REQ primitive. If you are using such a signalling process contact the supplier of the TUP or other signalling process and report this problem. This message does NOT indicate an error in Blueworx Voice Response.
