Signalling interface: call cleared by channel process failure

The Blueworx Voice Response signalling interface detected a channel process failure while a call is active. The signalling interface has instructed the signalling process that is responsible for the call to clear.

If you are not using common channel signalling or a signalling process, this error should not occur. If you are using common channel signalling or a signalling process, frequent occurrence of this error indicates a problem in Blueworx Voice Response. Shut down and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If the problem persists, contact Blueworx Support.
