When you schedule a report to be printed automatically, Blueworx Voice Response does not regard the job as a high-priority task. Scheduling a report to be printed during a busy time of day may not guarantee that the report is printed at exactly the scheduled hour.
If your schedule includes both report printing and statistics data deletion, make sure that you schedule the printing before deleting the data, as shown in Figure 1.
Blueworx Voice Response prints by sending reports to the default print queue for your AIX system, or the print queue specified by the Printer Queue system parameter in the General parameter group. If the printer is out of operation for some reason, the reports scheduled to be printed accumulate in the print queue. Once the printer is operating again, it prints all the reports in the queue. You do not have to request them again.
If the printer is not operating for a long time, the print queue can fill up. You may have to clear the queue and resend some reports manually (on demand). To clear the queue, use the AIX enq command.
