The DT_shutdown command does not shut down processes that have been started by custom servers. To shut down these processes, you must follow the instructions the custom servers provide.
To shut down Blueworx Voice Response at the same time as AIX, include the DT_shutdown command in the /etc/rc.shutdown file.
